The Performance and Technology business is focused on achieving dramatic improvements in the value of our clients’ existing operations by delivering sustainable improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of their office operations.

We work with clients in several key areas: 

Financial Management – you’ll be working with organisations in both the private and the public sector, helping them to build and implement strategies that increase the value and improve the efficiency of their finance function, drive business performance and enhance decision taking, integrate or separate the finance function to facilitate a corporate transaction, drive business benefit from compliance with regulatory requirements and recover failed finance functions.

Business Effectiveness – the team combines industry knowledge, tax, regulatory and programme management skills to deliver successful transformation programmes for our clients. You’ll help clients to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations, reduce operating costs, increase revenue and better manage their business assets.

People and Change – working within a team of experienced people management professionals, you’ll work with organisations to achieve substantial and lasting change whether your clients are undergoing transformation, re-structuring or planning for a significant change.

IT – helping clients maximise the business value they gain from IT across their enterprise. Significant changes in the way IT is governed and delivered present daily challenges to aligning IT with business needs, leveraging IT innovation, reducing IT risk and bringing new approaches to business leaders. Clients receive outcomes to their issues which allow them to unlock the full potential of IT for their businesses.

Operational Strategy Group – you'll be involved with quantifying operational upsides through employing lean supply chains, cost reduction measures and performance transformation.
