KPMG’s Facilities team makes an impact throughout the business. We’re a tight-knit group with a really strong team culture, looking for people with drive and motivation.   

As our facilities are mainly outsourced, we’re particularly looking for professionals with the ability to manage the efficient delivery of our estate and services. There’s real scope for forward-thinking people in the following areas:

Property – you’ll play a key role on our UK property portfolio, including acquisition, disposal, lease management, insurance and property strategy. The team also manages capital projects, including the acquisition and fit-out of new offices and the refurbishment of existing properties.

Business Continuity, Safety and Security – you’ll help ensure the firm is able to safeguard its staff and service to clients in the face of any adverse incident or crisis. The team works with all areas of the firm to develop crisis management, disaster recovery and risk mitigation measures.

Workplace – you’ll help deliver workplace services, including catering, vending, maintenance, cleaning, security, service desk, records management, mail-room services, reception, switchboard, space planning and move-management services. Where services are outsourced, you’ll help manage contractors.

Performance – you’ll assist with the management of the overall facilities budget and provide financial advice and support to facilities teams. This will involve benchmarking, productivity analysis, business planning and performance measurement.
