Human Resources

We believe working in our People community is an exciting and challenging environment in which to develop your career. We offer a wide range of opportunities across all areas of HR, where our people are highly respected by our clients, not only in the UK, but also across our growing European integrated practice.

As both a firm and community, we’re passionate about delivering a leading service to our people and business alike.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of our leading processes, tools, policies and procedures. These include our internal web portal, which allows staff access to key policies and data, as well as our on-line recruitment and information-management systems.

You’ll be joining a community with a European focus and be part of a team that’s supporting a major and constantly evolving change programme. You can expect the opportunity to apply your skills, knowledge and experience in a truly European environment.

We work to put our people at the heart of our Business Strategy. Whether you’re supporting clients in our Tax, Audit, Advisory or Central Services functions, you’ll be a key member of the People Community. You’ll be expected to provide leading practice standards to a challenging and demanding client base, at all levels in the UK, Europe and globally.

We want you to be part of a team that wants to be the best it can be, by building the best relationships we can with our clients, by understanding their needs, and by proactively offering the best strategies for best value.

When you join us, you’ll be a member of a People Community that numbers over 300 people. As an Employer of Choice, named  in the top 10 for the last six years in the Sunday Times Best Big Companies to Work For list, you would expect us to be fully committed to the development of our people. If you join at a junior level, you may already have a professional qualification or be close to completing one, such as the CIPD. If not, we can help you get your membership and then develop you further.

You may also have the chance to develop specific knowledge by spending time in specialised teams such as Reward, Project Management, Diversity and Learning & Development, to name but a few.
