We will support you every step of the way and give you high-quality training both in technical areas and soft skills, such as: effective communication, presentation and negotiation techniques. Guiding you through your first few years, a recently-qualified trainee will act as your mentor, while a Counselling Manager will take direct responsibility for your development. In addition, a Counselling Partner will supervise your long-term progress to ensure you are realising your full potential.
