About the programme

Our Transactions and Restructuring Graduate Development Programme is a structured rotational programme which allows you to gain experience of the individual areas within Transactions and Restructuring before deciding where you wish to build your long-term career.

The programme is designed to support your development and give you a broad commercial awareness of the challenges a business faces across the deal and economic cycle. A combination of structured training, work experience and on-the-job coaching gives you the professional skills and experience you need to operate effectively.

You’ll also be given support to study for the Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales Qualification (ACA).

Candidates will also spend some time working in one of KPMG’s Audit teams. There is also a Restructuring only option available in some offices outside of London.

In addition to our rotation programme, we are offering some positions in our offices outside of London where your primary focus will be Restructuring from day one.  If you want to apply for one of these places, please make this clear in the career motivation section of your application form.
