Over 1,000 people make up KPMG’s Central Services and they all play a key part in the firm’s success. Whether they’re in finance, procurement, HR, facilities, marketing or IT, they provide crucial support to the people who work in our 23 UK offices. Business Services Programme in HR
We want our HR services to be the best — the very best. So we need HR people who share our passion and can develop imaginative strategies that help ensure talented people want to join us and stay with us.
HR is a key function at KPMG, with around 135 staff across the UK. Our role is to equip the firm with the talent and people skills it needs to achieve its business objectives; we do that by taking a dynamic and ambitious approach to recruiting, retaining, developing and rewarding our people.

Sales & Marketing contribute to KPMG’s mission to turn knowledge into value for the benefit of our clients by creating a unique brand to position KPMG, providing business development and proposal advice to increase sales, win work and offer invaluable insights to our clients and by developing and driving issues led marketing campaigns.
