Our Requirements
We won't make a decision on your application, based on any one factor, but will take a rounded view based on these four key areas: academic results, work experience, skills and abilities, and career motivation.

Extenuating circumstances
We do occasionally relax these criteria if there are extenuating circumstances. For example, you may like us to consider something that has affected your academic results. On the application form, you’ll find a section that allows you to detail such circumstances.
Key competencies
In addition to your academic qualifications, we also look at your competencies in eight key areas. By competencies we mean the skills and behaviours which you will need to demonstrate to be successful at KPMG. Click here to read full details of the competencies we use in our recruitment process.
International students
At KPMG in the UK, we positively welcome international applications for our graduate training scheme. If you are an international student and thinking of applying, please visit our International Students pages.
