Job description

KPMG’s ServiceNow practice is looking for exceptional candidates for a Director role, with a focus on Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare (IGH) clients.

 

KPMG’s ServiceNow practice combines deep technical expertise with KPMG's years of experience in business process, customer experience and organisational change management consulting. We've encapsulated this knowledge in our KPMG Powered methodology, tools and assets to create a solutions that helps our clients accelerate the achievement of their objectives.

 

Roles & Responsibilities


- Build, commercialise and sustain deep senior client relationships to support the growth of the ServiceNow practice
- Be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives in our clients for the use of technology to make work a better experience for their colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- Lead the design of large, complex engagements and take overall responsibility for successful delivery
- Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on large, complex engagements
- Provide leadership in building and maintaining a strong ServiceNow practice, internal KPMG and external network
- Proactively manage risks and ensure that the Firm's risks management frameworks are adhered to
- Inspire, motivate coach and develop project team members and appraisees, and give constructive 360-degree feedback
- Identify, design and lead critical complex practice development initiatives, coordinating other members of the team
- Role model KPMG’s values and actively promote inclusion and diversity within the capability as well as the wider firm

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

 

- Track record of leading high-value complex technology projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting or corporate environment
- Experience of managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrable ability to build and commercialise relationships with senior executives
- Evidence of strong problem-solving & analytical capabilities
- Structured thinking skills combined with creativity
- Ability to talk credibly with senior clients on the opportunities to use technology to improve the experience, effectiveness and efficiency of their organisation
- Ability to evaluate complex challenges and deliver insightful recommendations that can be practically executed
