Head of People Message
Rachel Campbell is Global Head of People, Performance and Culture, as well as Head of People for KPMG Europe LLP. She joined KPMG LLP (UK) in 1989 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. After periods working overseas, she became a partner in the Consumer and Industrial Markets group in 2000. Rachel was appointed as Head of People Management in 2003, and as a member of KPMG’s UK Board in 2005. Rachel also currently sits on the KPMG Europe LLP Executive Board. In 2007 Rachel was nominated as a Young Global Leader 2007 - an honour bestowed by the World Economic Forum each year to recognise the most distinguished 250 young leaders below the age of 41 from around the world.
