Agency policy

KPMG has a commitment to sourcing candidates directly and as such we do not accept speculative CVs from agencies. We do, however, work with a defined list of preferred suppliers who may be invited to support us in sourcing candidates for particular roles. In line with our PSL, we will only pay agency fees in accordance with the terms of a signed agreement in place between KPMG and the relevant supplier.

We do not pay agency fees where speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to KPMG or KPMG partners, contractors and employees by any means other than through our recruitment portal under instruction from the KPMG Recruitment Team.

International applicants

If applying to one of KPMG's Experienced Hire vacancies in the UK, please be advised that you must have the right to work in the UK. We will check this before we make any offer.

The UK government is introducing new immigration rules which will be effective from 2021. KPMG’s ability to make and honour any offer to you will be subject to these new immigration rules. Any offers will be made subject to immigration status being confirmed. If you are invited to interview by KPMG, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your recruiter whether you are likely to be eligible for sponsorship for a skilled worker visa by KPMG. Although KPMG cannot make any guarantee that you will be eligible for such sponsorship. We will be keeping our approach under review in line with new government guidance, as it becomes available.
