The Operations Strategy Group works with clients to rapidly identify operational value opportunities in both deal and non-deal situations for some of the world’s largest companies. Services include operational due diligence to support buyers in their understanding and to make the most of strategic opportunities.

Actuarial Consulting

We have one of the largest Actuarial Life Practices in the UK. Working closely with colleagues across KPMG, we offer a wide range of services to life assurance and other financial services companies, with the ultimate aim of improving the way they work.

At the core of much of our work, you’ll find sophisticated financial models, combined capital markets instruments and insurance liabilities.
