KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) Solutions Architect with extensive experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise D365FO projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and proven experience in end-to-end implementations, with a strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will also have practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. A demonstrable history of consultancy experience is essential, as the role will involve continuous interaction with clients, managing onshore consultants, and collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams. Additionally, the role will require presales activities focused on D365FO functionality and the wider Microsoft platform, including contributing to proposal development and business development. The successful candidate will also provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff.

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) leader to take on a senior role in our growing practice. The role involves designing and implementing solutions, collaborating with clients, and ensuring seamless integration of software developments and business processes.The ideal candidate will be an established professional with extensive experience in working on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & CCaaS area.  They will have an in depth view of how the Dynamics platform is evolving and be able to communicate the implications of this for both our clients and our teams.
