We focus on providing clarity to Boards, Executives and SRO’s at major public and private sector organisations, on the delivery of their projects and programmes. We work on some of the UK’s most strategically important programmes, and across all infrastructure sectors including transport, natural resources, energy, power and utilities, corporates, oil & gas, defence, health, housing & education.

As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading both the delivery of work on the ground and the development of new opportunities for KPMG, maintaining insights and perspectives on how our markets are changing and how our capabilities align. You will own many critical relationships and operate as a trusted advisor to senior clients, helping to shape solutions, inform decisions and drive implementation.

It is a highly accountable leadership role that requires you to wear many hats, but you’ll be well supported by the rest of us.

Power & Utilities (P&U) is one of the largest business areas of the IAG and encompasses work for major clients in the sector, including all energy and water utilities as well as some of the largest companies in Europe and beyond. We provide in-depth strategic and technical advice on corporate finance and corporate financial management, regulatory finance, regulatory policy, business and financial planning, cost assessment and benchmarking as well as in other areas directly affecting value. The Opportunity

KPMG’s Deal Execution practice is looking for exceptional candidates for a Manager role with a People-focused specialism in deals & transformations to join the People in M&A Centre of Excellence.

This role is for an innovative professional at assistant manager level. This role will work alongside our existing team to use their lived experience of the full project and programme lifecycle in the construction industry and their procurement / commercial acumen to solve complex problems.

You will be providing advice to a broad range of clients on many different matters, helping them to achieve successful outcomes through planning and implementing innovative and robust procurement and commercial interventions.

The MPA team in the UK are based in London, Birmingham and Manchester. This role will be based in one of these locations but will require travel to client locations throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.
