We are seeking skilled professionals with hands-on experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions powered by SAP BTP. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality client engagements, focusing on enabling digital transformation and modern cloud-based solutions. The position also involves supporting business development activities and contributing to proposals that help grow our SAP practice.

Reporting to the Compensation Director, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders across the business and HR to deliver the UK compensation strategy, annual pay and bonus cycles, and transformation initiatives. You’ll bring strong analytics and market insight to shape the compensation agenda, influence decisions and challenge constructively delivering fair, competitive and commercially sustainable pay outcomes that support performance, profitability and efficiency. The Senior Manager role is central to delivering complex client engagements, shaping the strategic direction of KPMG’s Legal Business Services (LBS), and building our market presence. You will lead large-scale, multi-national transformations that embed legal into business processes, leveraging AI, technology, and managed services to redesign legal fulfilment.

You will also play a leadership role in developing our people, propositions, and culture, ensuring LBS continues to grow as a leading provider of legal transformation services.
