The CASS Audit Department supports the delivery of CASS assurance reports across the whole of FS audit within KPMG including our Banking and Asset Management Audit practice. Reporting to the Senior Learning Business Partner, you will build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders in your business super service lines. Using your knowledge and experience of the core learning and HR competencies, coupled with your commercial awareness, you will translate your clients’ business needs into realistic and achievable solutions that reflect the learning strategy and deliver impact. It’s a fast paced and changing environment. Working closely with the Audit Technical Learning team to ensure alignment with technical learning, you will ensure non-technical learning supports the wider Audit learning strategy as a seamless experience. You will be a role model for collaboration to those around you, influencing, coaching, and challenging through accountability and quality in your work.

This role will lead the Talent Deployment – Audit team aligned to KPE. With a fixed book of work and a complex pattern of regulation and accreditation requirements, it is critical that the Audit Resourcing Senior Manager KPE is able to optimise the resourcing within the performance group.  The appropriate allocation of resources to engagements has a significant impact to quality, our financial results and our people experience all of which are key pillars of our strategy.

A key focus for KPMG’s GCT team is to help multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting and statutory accounting obligations, through outsourcing, co-sourcing, transformation and technology. The Tax Technical team is a critical enabler to all tax activities within GCT and provides expertise into KPMG’s complex tax audits.  Audit quality is of paramount importance and to do this efficiently, we maintain a dedicated and enthusiastic team of tax specialists.  We are also the engine room of the tax reporting, compliance, governance and low-level advisory work undertaken by the wider GCT team – servicing large domestic compliance clients as well as our Global Compliance clients.
