We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Director to help lead and expand our Oracle practice across the UK. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for helping to shape our strategy, increase client engagement, project delivery and commercial success. We are currently looking to recruit a manager to be based in CSQ although we work as a wider London region team made up of 3 other offices.  You will play a key role in expanding our tax governance offering, supporting existing clients, winning new work and developing new client relationships.

Overview

This exciting role is within our Tax Governance & Risk Management Team based in our CSQ office.

We are looking for a talented individual at Manager level to support our continued rapid growth around tax governance. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and challenging working environment, supported by a strong and ambitious leadership team.

You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients across UK listed, PE backed, multinationals, inbound and family-owned groups,

Role and Responsibilities: 

Working as a key member of the team to further develop and expand the firm's tax governance offering, including advising clients on:

• Identifying and managing tax risks across the globe.
• Building sustainable tax control frameworks to meet global tax authority requirements.
• Identifying the tax risks within tax transformation and technology projects.
• Senior Accounting Officer and Corporate Criminal Offence compliance.
• HMRC business risk review preparation.
• Developing and documenting their tax strategy and its publication.
• Meeting global tax transparency and ESG requirements.
• Liaising with HMRC on tax governance related matters

You will also be involved in:

• Leveraging tax technology to improve risk management and compliance processes.
• Liaising with specialists in the UK and overseas offices to oversee their input into projects.
• Coaching and developing more junior members of the team.
• Managing aspects of the team’s operations and performance, including resourcing.

Job Profile 

To ensure high quality and accurate payroll service to our clients whilst managing and developing the core payroll team. Working alongside the existing payroll manager the new role will help grow payroll services for both domestic and global clients.  

We are looking for a self-motivated, confident payroll professional with an analytical/logical approach. They must have the ability to think creatively whilst ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Maintaining and building excellent working relationships with clients and internal teams they will be expected to identify any process improvements, system developments and training needs.
