Business Development Manager

Responsible for driving utilisation and dependence upon KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions as the go-to place for all Microsoft at KPMG. Providing trusted advisor expertise with memberfirms around their strategic approach to fulfilling their client’s business and technology needs. Creates and progresses opportunities for MBS in the International market by leveraging a hybrid skillset of business development, presales, technical excellence and delivery. Advocates innovation both within the firm and with clients and takes a role in developing team members to their full potential as well as promoting collaboration across teams.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve firms goals and revenue targets.
  • Support senior stakeholders in day to day activities and mentor  juniors by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of working in an LLP organisation is an asset
  • Demonstrable track record developing long term profitable relationships with mid 
  • Proactively engages in cross-functional communications and sharing of information
