We are renowned for our proficiency in learning and are seeking a skilled Learning Visual Designer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.What will you be doing?· Attend project kick-off meetings and work with the Learning Content Lead, Instructional Designers (IDs) and/or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop branding, look & feel documentation and apply these standards to develop initial templates.· Work within a project team with the Lead Visual Designer/Developer to deliver high quality learning assets.· Work with Learning Content Lead /Project managers to estimate completion time.· Interpret storyboards and scripts to create visually engaging content, using experience to recommend appropriate solution format and design approach.· Work closely with Instructional Designers to support the development of storyboards and scripts, providing technical suggestions to further enhance the learning solutions and ensure deliverables can meet quality, cost and timeframes as agreed with Project Management team and client.· Self and peer review assets produced against the project style guide and storyboards.· Source and produce Graphics and video/animations.· Communicate ideas to stakeholders and suggest ways to innovate existing processes and solutions.· Demonstrate commercial awareness when planning build, focussing on quality as well as commerciality.· Bring a passion for learning, creativity and design, keeping abreast with latest design and technology trends.Business development responsibilities:· Work with the Lead Visual Designer/Developer to research and identify future opportunities to innovate and implement new ideas.· Work on demo course building and proof of concepts.· Prepare general marketing support for courses that have been built.· Demonstrate a deep understanding of brand and agreed style guide.· Share knowledge, best practice and lessons learnt from projects with the rest of the team.

MS Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect 

KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) Solutions Architect with extensive experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise D365FO projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and proven experience in end-to-end implementations, with a strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will also have practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. A demonstrable history of consultancy experience is essential, as the role will involve continuous interaction with clients, managing onshore consultants, and collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams. Additionally, the role will require presales activities focused on D365FO functionality and the wider Microsoft platform, including contributing to proposal development and business development. The successful candidate will also provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM/Retail solutions following best practices.

• Own the solution for the Finance and/or SCM and/or Retail work stream, making design decisions and reviewing/creating solution documentation.

• Lead and manage a team of talented consultants with varying levels of expertise.

• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of D365FO functional capabilities.

• Manage functional interfaces and integrations with D365FO.

• Provide on-site support as required, working with the on-site engagement team and client team to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.

• Oversee the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and conduct gap/fit analysis for the workstream.

• Ensure high-quality project delivery of all deliverables produced, with experience in system and functional testing.

• Advise client and delivery team members on scope creep and use of change control processes.

• Deliver end-user training to clients and colleagues as needed.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and demonstrate understanding of additional company capabilities.

• Respond to RFPs and RFQs as necessary.
