As our Powered HR practice continues to grow we are seeking talented individuals with experience of Oracle implementations. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring a balance of business development / sales origination and client delivery.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for a pivotal 12- to 24- month assignment within our Global Quality & Risk Management (GQRM) team. This role will align to our European & Middle Eastern and African global region and will be instrumental in supporting a high-profile effort to deploy KPMGI’s new globally centralized Client Acceptance and Continuance (CAC) solution – a key strategic initiative. The role will report to the GQRM – CAC Deployment lead with the primary remit of driving timely support and adoption of the globally defined solution across the region.

As an SAP Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SAP projects, ensuring successful safe execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams to drive delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, commercial proposition creation, and financial & commercial oversight.

Finance is currently heavily involved in the EMPowered project which will see the firm's core Finance systems replaced with S/4 HANA and other new systems integrated alongside.  This change will be the biggest transformation the firm has seen in 15 years and it is vital that the Finance teams scale up operations to help support the business in the successful roll out of these new systems.
