KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for an Associate Director role.  The role will focus on Deal Strategy within the Media industry as part of the wider Telecommunications-Media-Technology sector, but with scope to work on the wider range of services including Growth Strategy, Deal Strategy, Cost and Operational strategy (including Economic Profitability Analysis) and Enterprise-wide Transformation.

The Strategy & Performance Transformation team is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.  We are a diverse team of over 150  practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG’s broad set of capabilities within our Deal Advisory business.

The Global Decarbonization Hub Assistant Manager will directly support our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as they drive KPMG’s Climate Change, Decarbonisation and Nature (CDN) propositions, supporting our Member Firms (MFs) to sell and deliver CDN services to their most important clients. The Assistant Manager will focus particularly on Decarbonisation and Transition Plans, assisting GDH SMEs as they support MFs with proposals through to bid stage and delivery, helping MFs to succeed in their pitches for our largest and most important opportunities globally. The Assistant Manager will also support the GDH's SMEs to globalise KPMG’s offerings across the Decarbonisation agenda, collaborating with our global network and building KPMG’s reputation as a CDN services leader.

Power & Utilities (P&U) is one of the largest business areas of the Infratstructure team  and encompasses work for large clients in the sector, including all energy and water companies in the UK as well as some of the largest utilities in Europe and beyond. We provide in-depth strategic and technical advice on corporate finance and corporate financial management, regulatory finance, regulatory policy, business and financial planning, cost assessment and benchmarking as well as in other areas directly affecting value. Our work combines elements of policy, finance, strategy and economics to assist our clients in structuring investments, securing financing, supporting regulatory regimes and maximising shareholder value. Role Overview

As a Low Code Proposition Lead, you’ll shape and lead KPMG’s technology modernisation initiatives powered by low-code platforms and AI-driven capabilities. The role is split between business development (50%) for leading go-to-market strategies and project delivery (50%) for ensuring client success in solution delivery. With deep expertise in Appian and at least one other low-code platform (preferably OutSystems), you’ll guide clients and internal teams through digital transformation journeys, championing AI-powered automation and modern platform capabilities.

Responsabilities: 

• Deliver solutions which meet KPMG’s quality framework, whilst leveraging Appian best practises
• Identify, develop and land sales and project opportunities with clients, both new and existing, to deliver our propositions
• Be responsible for developing our Architecture patterns and Best Practices
• Have responsibility for maintaining our platforms and their integrations with other services / platforms
• Ensure our platforms remain compliant with required standards of Information and Data Security
• Proposing technical and creative business solutions
• Working in a DevOps model to support in flight solutions, whilst innovating on new opportunities
