As an SAP Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SAP projects, ensuring successful safe execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams to drive delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, commercial proposition creation, and financial & commercial oversight.

Using your knowledge and experience of the core learning and HR competencies, coupled with your commercial awareness, you will translate your clients’ business needs into realistic and achievable solutions that reflect the learning strategy and deliver impact. Working closely with the Audit Technical Learning team to ensure alignment with technical learning, you will ensure non-technical learning supports the wider Audit learning strategy as a seamless experience. You will be a role model for collaboration to those around you, influencing, coaching, and challenging through accountability and quality in your work.

The key drivers of change for our Banking clients are regulatory reform, cost reduction and Finance optimisation and our service offerings reflect this demand.

The role sits within our Banking Finance Transformation Capability working with Clients to deliver finance and regulatory change. Successful candidates should have excellent Banking Industry experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of Finance Operating Model and Finance Systems.
