KPMG Law is a fast-growing part of KPMG. We are now seeking to recruit a Manager (Solicitor) to support the growth of the Commercial and Technology part of our Commercial, Technology and Data team. Deal Advisory Tax provides market leading services to both Corporate and Financial investors.  Whilst we have teams focused on clients in four key markets Corporates; Private Equity & Credit; Real Estate and Energy & Infrastructure, we are a national and connected team, working and learning with each other.

The Opportunity

KPMG Customer Strategy and Transformation is a centre of expertise within our Strategy and Performance Transformation practice.  We are looking for exceptional candidates for a Senior Manager role, with a Financial Services focus (ideally Banking and/ or Insurance) and experience of at least one of our core propositions: Customer strategy and product innovation; Channel transformation, and the adoption of modern CRM and AI technologies; and Servicing innovation and reengineering of customer journeys across banking, affluent, health or general insurance, and/ or life insurance.

The Strategy and Performance Transformation practice is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.  We are a diverse team of over 180  practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG’s broad set of capabilities within our Deal Advisory business.

Our team works closely with client executives who own: products; distribution channels; servicing centres; strategy and innovation teams; customer insight teams. At KPMG we have re-imagined careers in Global Compliance & Transformation (GCT). A key focus for KPMG’s GCT team is to help multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting and statutory accounting obligations, through outsourcing, co-sourcing, transformation and technology.

Our clients leverage KPMG’s compliance and transformation expertise and technology to drive better visibility, greater efficiency and improved risk management across their organisation.  Ultimately we prepare groups for the future of digital compliance helping them develop a sustainable, technology- enabled and holistic future state operating model.

The KPMG Private Client tax team is a fast-growing and integral part of the wider KPMG tax practice. In order to support further growth we are looking to appoint a Senior Manager in Bristol. We are looking for excellent candidates with a proven track record in this area who are seeking a dynamic and supportive working environment to help deliver these solutions. You would be expected to lead the delivery of a quality output to our clients and participate in winning new clients by bringing new offerings to the market. Your client base would include a portfolio of high net worth clients, entrepreneurs, shareholders and international individuals.
