KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for an Associate Director role, with a sector focus on the Consumer, Retail & Leisure industry and with particular experience in Deal Strategy, one of our core propositions. Assistant Campaign Manager, Strategic Campaigns is responsible for supporting a programme of flagship campaigns to enhance the firm’s reputation, build a future fit brand and support growth. You will be part of a strategic campaigns team planning and producing high-profile marketing and communication campaigns that supports our corporate narrative and brand ambition.

It spans everything from being closely involved in supporting the organisation's business strategy to tightly managing critical business functions like employee payroll, expenses, accounts payable and billing.

As Digital Lead of the Create Digital Team, you will collaborate with the Design and Operations Managers to support and consult on creative digital solutions. With a passion for new technologies, functional digital design, and a strong UX/UI and prototyping background, you'll lead the UK and India teams in delivering exceptional user experiences for KPMG.

Focused on understanding user needs and behaviors, you’ll inform product strategy and design while ensuring high-quality, user-first outcomes. You will work closely with the KGS digital team to ensure a seamless design and development process, holding the team accountable for quality and timely delivery. Strong relationship-building with UK business leaders and cross-location mentoring is essential for delivering top-tier digital services. The role requires the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
