KPMG Law is a fast-growing part of KPMG. We are now seeking to recruit a Manager (Solicitor) to support the growth of the Commercial and Technology part of our Commercial, Technology and Data team. Join our dynamic and rapidly growing Tax Technology & Innovation team at KPMG, where we are leading the way in transforming the tax industry through technology. As part of KPMG’s $5bn investment in technology over five years, you will play a key leadership role in helping both our clients and our internal teams harness the power of technological advances, particularly in artificial intelligence, to better manage tax obligations and drive business value.

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of innovative projects and propositions, leading a team of business analysts and project delivery leads. You will work closely with clients to co-create and implement cutting-edge solutions that address their most pressing tax challenges, with a particular focus on AI-driven transformation. Internally, you will collaborate with senior leaders across our tax and technology practices to execute our business strategy and champion the adoption of new technologies, ensuring our teams remain at the forefront of industry change.

The Powered Apps teams are communities of business and technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardised delivery model. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement), technology expertise (S/4HANA, CFin, RISE, BTP, MDG, etc.) and SAP SaaS applications (Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.) to enable customers run successful business transformation programmes enabled by SAP technology.

Join our innovative Tax Technology & Innovation team at KPMG as an Assistant Manager, where you will help deliver and support the adoption of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, across our tax and legal practice and for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, senior leaders, and clients to implement solutions that address complex tax challenges and drive operational improvements.

You will play a key role in supporting project delivery, engaging with clients, and promoting technology adoption within the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and innovation to develop their skills and make a meaningful impact in the tax industry. Prior experience in tax or accounting is advantageous but not essential.

Our team works with clients from owner managed business, to large multinational organisation, and we are looking for a Manager with a strong scientific/ engineering background to assist clients across a suite of innovation advisory services including R&D tax credits, Patent Box, R&D Allowances, Grants and Innovation Advisory services.
