The Opportunity

• KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager  - with at least 9 years post qualified experience in the real estate sector ideally working for real estate investment fund clients and owners with repeat activity. 
• The KPMG Law UK real estate team started in December 2013 and is now 7 strong including 2 Partners with further growth plans during 2025 already acting on repeat investment, development and asset management mandates for private equity funds and sovereign wealth clients.
• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate and/or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
• The primary focus of the hires will be meaningful deal experience in this space (KPMG is not looking for real estate tax lawyers as part of these hires).
• Ideally the candidates will be known in the market with good contacts in the target client base.

The Opportunity

• KPMG Law wishes to grow and develop a legal real estate team to take full advantage of the synergies with, and opportunities created by, KPMG’s market leading tax and deal advisory practices.
• The Tax practice is worth £80/90 million per annum and KPMG is currently missing out on the opportunity to maximise clients in relation to corporate and transactional real estate work.
• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
