Project Manager 

At KPMG Microsoft Business Solution we implement best in class solutions for ERP and CRM. We have extensive knowledge and expertise in all areas, enabling us to provide our clients with an integrated end-to-end solution. Our solutions are based on the Microsoft Dynamics range of products which enables us to deliver, powerful, adaptable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to our customers. Such systems are strategic IT solutions which integrate all the management information across an entire organisation into one single intuitive software application. They embrace all departments of a company from finance to manufacturing to customer relationship management, HR and sales, in one single system.

The Role:

The Project Manager runs projects of any size in an efficient and effective manner, and is responsible for their delivery within agreed timescales, budgets and conformance to agreed requirements. This person is also responsible for the efficient utilization of assigned staff and any associated third parties and for ensuring that all project activities conform to the company’s quality management standards and processes.

Responsabilities: 

• Plans and manages assigned projects, keeping customer and senior management informed about project progress;
• Compiles and agrees the project plan with the client.
• Compiles and agrees with the client any Statements of Work in line with contractual arrangements with the client.
• Monitors progress against project plan and budget, correcting and / or escalating abnormal situations Maintains the Project Plan, in particular with forecast completion dates and impact analysis;
• Tracks actual costs vs plan (using Microsoft project and our internal Dynamics AX time recording system);
• Maintains awareness of all ongoing non-trivial problems towards their solution. Ensures that project objectives are met;
• Monitors and controls all individuals allocated to the project ensuring that all project activities are carried out in accordance with the appropriate standards. • Secure and foster relationships with CIO-level clients to uncover cloud transformation opportunities
• Build relationships and be a trusted advisor to our clients with respect to KPMG’s Cloud Transformation propositions.
• Driving collaboration with consulting teams to help qualify opportunities and lead and manage pursuits, especially around our implementation services
• Work with our consulting teams to define market-leading, client-focused Cloud propositions
• Maintain a regular communication with the wider business development team and ensure targets are delivered
• Working with pre-sales technologist to help clients shape compelling technology solutions with cloud

MS Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Consultant 

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365F&O Lead Finance Consultant with experience in all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365F&O projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach and proven experience in end-to-end implementations, combined with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365F&O process and procedures and practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. A demonstrable history of consultancy experience is a must as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients, leading onshore consultants, working alongside both onshore and offshore development teams. This role will also require a level of presales activities focused around Dynamics F&O functionality and the wider Microsoft platform. You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development whilst leading and mentoring more junior staff  This role is therefore key to KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions’ customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. It is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly developing business area within an established and market-leading global firm. 

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of gathering and documentation of functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis for workstream
• Leading module workstream of full end-to-end D365 F&O implementations through all phases of the project life cycle

• Ownership of the solution for a D365 module (SCM, Finance, Commerce, HR) , making design decisions and reviewing/creating solution documentation
