  • Extensive experience in prominent languages such as Python, Scala, Spark, SQL.
  • Experience working with any database technologies from an application programming perspective - Oracle, MySQL, Mongo DB etc.
  • Experience with the design, build and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure
  • Robust understanding of design practices and system architecture and with a focus on data security
  • Extensive experience of defining code review standards to drive quality
  • Excellent problem solving skills with experience of troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and in particular architecting with native cloud resources relevant to data problems
  • Extensive experience driving and leading Agile methodologies (Scrum, pair-programming etc)
  • Have the ability to work in a cross functional team of Business Analysts and demonstrating an excellent understanding of business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills along with ability to lead a team towards a great product/service and articulate technical strategies to non-technical audiences including clients at all levels including C-suite

The Resource Advisor will work closely with the Resourcing Manager and Performance Leader within their allocated department(s) to understand the resourcing needs of the business. In order to do this, they need to develop a good understanding of the client base of their respective departments, the pipeline of opportunities and the skills set of the client facing staff in order to make the right resourcing decisions in conjunction with the Resourcing Manager.
