The Reward Consulting  practice at KPMG is a dedicated team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered non-FS clients. The Practice sits within the wider KPMG UK Reward practice, which has grown rapidly in recent years. As one of the largest teams in the industry, our continued investment and desire to grow means that we seek a capital allowances specialist in London.

Our team works with clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to large multinational organisations. We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our London team, focusing primarily on the real estate, infrastructure, banking, and insurance sectors, who has a strong background in capital allowances.

Our Contract Performance & Insight (CP&I) team sits within KPMG’s Customer and Operations Advisory practice. We’re a dynamic mix of qualified accountants and commercially minded professionals who help clients unlock value from their third-party contracts.

Using a blend of audit techniques, technology, and strategic thinking, we analyse financial performance and contract compliance to identify cost recovery opportunities and drive operational improvements. Our work spans a wide range of agreement types—from royalties and software to supplier contracts—across both public and private sectors.
