MS Dynamics F&O Finance Consultant 

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant with some demonstrable experience across different phases of large-scale, enterprise Dynamics FO projects, combined with a good practical understanding of Finance processes and procedures. With a hands-on approach you will be involved in end-to-end implementations along with the interfacing and integration of Dynamics 365 products to the wider Microsoft platform.  

The Dynamics FO Consultant is a core team member of KPMG customer delivery, with the successful applicant being involved in business processes and solution design as well as hands-on configuration and customisation of MS Dynamics FO solutions working with both onshore and offshore delivery teams. 

This role is an important element of KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions’ delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO. You will be provided with a combination of on-the-job and structured product training working with more senior colleagues, to help grow your skills and further develop your career. Responsibilities 

• Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycles, using your knowledge of Dynamics 365 FO finance capabilities, working closely with client teams and business stakeholders 

• Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations 

• Assist with the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completion of gap/fit analysis 

• Contribute to and create solution design documents 

• Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure that the solution being delivered meets the client’s requirements 

• Awareness of scope (creep) and use of change control processes 

• Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues where applicable 

• Provide on-site support and assistance to clients throughout the various project phases 

• Perform pre-Sales activities as required  

• Understanding of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365 FO in functional areas 

• Demonstrate awareness around upselling and understanding of additional company capabilities  

• Partake in practice development activities and contribute to the creation and/or delivery of these to fellow colleagues 

• Promotes the Values of our company  

• Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training 

• Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors

SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect

The role of the SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect is to develop the UK Firm’s technology strategy for Finance and Engagement Management domain and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The technology strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable technology components. In particular, the strategy should promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies; support typical Finance use cases; challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends; and establish a catalogue that supports the reuse of new technology components, whilst targeting legacy applications and technology for decommissioning. The Dynamics CE Solution Architect is a core team member of KPMG customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 cantered solutions. The CE Solution Architect should have extensive experience across all phases of enterprise Dynamics CE projects. A demonstrable history of consultancy experience is a must as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients, managing onshore consultants, working alongside both onshore and offshore development teams. This role will also require a level of presales activities focused on Dynamics CE functionality, Power Platform, and the wider Microsoft platform. You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development whilst leading and mentoring more junior staff.
