The CSRD in the EU is expected to create a multi-billion dollar opportunity for KPMG in ESG assurance, but in order to meet demand, we will need a significant amount of capacity and subject matter experience. Reporting to the Head of Enablement the Learning Enablement Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our learning operations. Enhancing the learner experience by identifying, managing, and resolving historical L&D processes, which in agreement with stakeholders will stop/start or continue.

You will manage and oversee process improvement, focusing on cost efficiency, leading customer service, reducing duplication and data driven insights. Where possible working to see where processes can be automated. Demonstrable experience of managing projects to time, cost and quality whilst managing and mitigating risks/issues.
