We provides advisory services across a whole spectrum of areas including deals (including buy-side due diligence and structuring, sell-side vendor assists and vendor due diligence, refinancing and listing support) and international tax (structuring, financing, leasing etc). 

We work collaboratively across the KPMG network, our work often involves advice on multiple countries, taxes, and work.

The Treasury Tax team is a growing specialist group providing technical support on deals, financing transactions, international structuring and other complex tax advisory matters.  We work closely with Corporate Tax client service teams to deliver high quality advice that is practical, commercially focused and technically robust.
