The Financial Services (FS) Reward practice at KPMG is a dedicated team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered FS clients. This role will lead the Talent Deployment – Audit team aligned for CLR. With a fixed book of work and a complex pattern of regulation and accreditation requirements, it is critical that the Audit Resourcing Senior Manager CLR is able to optimise the resourcing within the performance group.  The appropriate allocation of resources to engagements has a significant impact to quality, our financial results and our people experience all of which are key pillars of our strategy.
