Power & Utilities (P&U), led by Dr Matt Firla-Cuchra, counts c85 FTEs is the largest business area of the IAG and encompasses work for major clients in the sector, including all UK utilities as well as some of the largest energy and water companies in Europe and beyond. We provide in-depth strategic and technical advice on strategy and business planning and analysis, corporate finance and corporate financial management, regulatory policy, cost assessment and benchmarking as well as in other areas to help our clients create value for both shareholders and customers. Our work combines elements of policy, finance, strategy and economics to assist our clients in structuring investments, securing financing, supporting regulatory regimes for the benefit of customers as well as maximising shareholder value. You would join the leading provider of regulatory, financial, and economic consultancy services in the P&U sector. As a Director of Regulatory Finance, you would play a pivotal role in maintaining this market-leading position and driving further growth. This includes expanding the firm’s presence across core regulated sectors by deepening client relationships, enhancing delivery of existing services, developing new high-impact propositions, and pursuing opportunities in adjacent or new markets. 

We are looking for seasoned GBS practitioners to join us and help grow our GBS advisory practice in the UK, to shape and articulate the GBS/SSC strategy and value proposition to C-level and VP level clients.

You'll design and develop GBS/SSC shared services operating models for our clients across various corporate functions such as finance, HR, IT, supply chain/logistics, procurement etc including governance and service management capabilities, along with the service catalogues and service level agreements, and apply leading practice end to end process expertise in one or more core finance, HR, IT, supply chain/logistics, procurement or other corporate functions in order to design and implement new re-engineered processes in a Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing operating model

You will lead large-scale, multi-national transformations that embed legal into business processes, leveraging AI, technology, and managed services to redesign legal fulfilment.

You will also play a leadership role in developing our people, propositions, and culture, ensuring LBS continues to grow as a leading provider of legal transformation services.
