The Financial Services Technology Risk Consulting team is focused on providing consultancy, advice and assurance on our clients' technology risks and controls. The market is evolving at pace and innovating, whilst embracing the digital age. We are building out our team to advise clients on emerging and legacy technology risks and controls. We are focused on project and programme risk, operational and technology resilience, technology risk and control, impact of regulatory change on data and technology and third-party risk management. All underpinned by analytics. We deliver our work through consulting projects, focused on risk and control assurance, as well as projects with 2nd and 3rd lines of defence.
 

As a Third Party Risk Assistant Manager, you will work on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) client consulting projects, with a focus on (but not limited to) financial serivces.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Work with Manager and Senior Managers and the wider TPRM team to deliver consulting services to clients in the Financial Services sector
  • Support the team in advising clients on improving their TPRM process, operating model and technology, and work with them to implement the recommendations
  • Communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems
  • Build constructive working relationships across different teams, functions, countries, or cultures
  • Work as part of the wider team and with other departments to further develop and mature KPMG's TPRM offering

The Role:
 

As an experienced professional in sales and business development, you’ll be quick to adapt to new situations and bring your knowledge and experience to join our highly talented and passionate cloud transformation team. You’ll be at the forefront of some of the most exciting, complex and leading-edge sales opportunities.
 

At KPMG, your role is key in delivering our growth strategy and responsible for selling the full portfolio of Cloud solutions to clients across markets. The BDM role involves:

 

  • Secure and foster relationships with CIO-level clients to uncover cloud transformation opportunities
  • Build relationships and be a trusted advisor to our clients with respect to KPMG’s Cloud Transformation propositions.
  • Driving collaboration with consulting teams to help qualify opportunities and lead and manage pursuits, especially around our implementation services
  • Work with our consulting teams to define market-leading, client-focused Cloud propositions
  • Maintain a regular communication with the wider business development team and ensure targets are delivered
  • Working with pre-sales technologist to help clients shape compelling technology solutions with cloud


The Person:

 

  • Collaborative and client-focussed, you enjoy helping clients shape their technology needs and work constructively with peers and colleagues in multi-disciplinary sales pursuits
  • You care about the teams around you and help them increase their skills around sales processes, especially where they may come from deep technology backgrounds
