Within Technology Transformation we deliver collaborative team engagements, working together across these capabilities to help our clients get the best from their IT services. We are growing our team to meet an increasing demand for our market leading services and are seeking your relevant expertise and experience to join us. 

As a Senior Manager within our IT Sourcing capability you will help our clients exploit their supply chains to effect high value technology transformation in support of their broader business transformation agendas. 

As an experienced sourcing professional, you will be able to operate across finance, commercial and technology delivery disciplines confidently speaking the language of each and understanding the priorities, challenges, constraints and opportunities of all. 

The Role
• Builds and develops positive constructive relationships inside and outside KPMG
• Assesses problems from multiple angles to ensure all relevant issues are considered when making decisions
• Proactively drives forward new and creative ideas which benefit the client • Supports the delivery of valuation projects within budget and timeframe under the assistance of a Manager or Senior Manager
• Provides an analysis of the particular company / business being valued using business analysis techniques
• Drafts comprehensive valuation reports with the assistance of a Manager or Senior Manager
• Liaises with both the internal and external client to ensure that the two way flow of information runs smoothly
• Researches the background of the particular company / business being valued, identifying broadly comparable quoted companies, identifying and analysing sales data and calculating exit multiples. All this is done using a wide range of research tools including Capital IQ, Mergermarket and our dedicated offshore research team.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of matters, including being involved in the processes for approving KPMG’s new services and products, assisting with general commercial queries, drafting software licences, supporting our deals teams and providing contract support for KPMG’s engagement teams.
