We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Director to help lead and expand our Oracle practice across the UK. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for helping to shape our strategy, increase client engagement, project delivery and commercial success. The ideal candidate will have proven Oracle expertise and a strong consulting background.

The role is to provide in-house employment law related advisory service on demand and proactively on initiative, to clients of the ELAT team, principally being human resources professionals within KPMG.  The proposal is that the solicitor will assist other team members in relation to all of the employment law requirements of the business including advising on the creation and interpretation of People policies.  There is also a requirement to undertake investigations in high-risk or sensitive conduct cases as and when required.

You would join the leading provider of regulatory, financial, and economic consultancy services in the P&U sector. As a Director of Regulatory Finance, you would play a pivotal role in maintaining this market-leading position and driving further growth.
