KPMG Customer Strategy and Transformation is a centre of expertise within our Strategy and Performance Transformation practice.  We are looking for exceptional candidates for a Senior Manager role, with a Financial Services focus (ideally Banking and/ or Insurance) and experience of at least one of our core propositions: Customer strategy and product innovation; Channel transformation, and the adoption of modern CRM and AI technologies; and Servicing innovation and reengineering of customer journeys across banking, affluent, health or general insurance, and/ or life insurance.

The Strategy and Performance Transformation practice is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.  We are a diverse team of over 180  practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG’s broad set of capabilities within our Deal Advisory business.

Our team works closely with client executives who own: products; distribution channels; servicing centres; strategy and innovation teams; customer insight teams. The KPMG Infrastructure Advisory Group function is a cornerstone of our Deal Advisory business.  Operating from London we do work those matters, serving the Country with diligence and expertise.

Our work combines elements of policy, finance, strategy and economics to assist our clients in structuring investments, securing financing, supporting regulatory regimes for the benefit of customers as well as maximising shareholder value. We are widely recognised by many industry stakeholders as market leaders influencing the future of the utilities sector.

This area continues to grow and we are looking for a high quality candidate to support our Power & Utilities business with a particular focus on giving strategic advice to clients in relation to the evolving regulation and policy framework affecting the energy networks.

The Financial Services (FS) Reward practice at KPMG is a dedicated team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered FS clients. KPMG’s Strategy Group is looking for candidates with Deal Strategy experience to help further strengthen our Strategy Consulting presence in the Deals market - across a range of sectors. This particular role is for an Assistant Manager with a sector focus on Media industry. However, experience outside of this sector, and in other forms of strategy consulting, may also be relevant.

You’ll be joining our team that support the NHS and other public sector organisations in optimising value in the healthcare service through finding productivity and efficiency opportunities at an entity and system level.

You will sit in our Customer, Operations and Infrastructure team, with a focus on the healthcare sector and more broadly in government. This team provides in-depth advice on the strategic, financial, regulatory, operational, customer and commercial issues driving investments and operational decision making – through from initial strategic advice to financing, optimising cost structures and developing business cases and delivery plans to get change approved within government.

Given our position as a leading advisor to the NHS and other healthcare and government bodies, we are frequently approached to support the most complex and high-profile programmes. Joining our team will expose you to work on a range of high-profile assignments helping providers, commissioners and regulators address their most challenging issues.
