We are seeking a talented manager with experience of working across a wide range of Corporate and Defence clients. They should be able to manage and deliver client engagements, with demonstrable experience of managing the design and delivery of complex change and people transformation programmes to support our clients with addressing key market challenges. Typically, these programmes would cover at least one of the following areas: Workforce Transformation (inc. AI), Organisation Design, Change Management, HR Transformation, Digital Transformation, Learning and Development.  Our work is incredibly varied, but would typically cover:

 

  • Managing a team of consultants and collaborating closely with client teams to deliver client engagements

We are a team of 300+ technologists providing technology enablement services and solutions across the Tax and Legal business. This business has 2,500 tax & legal professionals covering multiple disciplines. We serve many thousands of clients and private individuals by providing a modern, market-leading suite of technology solutions that provide an efficient digital experience from routine to complex tax advice depending on client’s situation.

 

Tax is highlighted frequently as an industry where generative AI will have a significant impact on how services are provided. We are looking for a Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) tax team in our London National Markets team. The role will be based in Canary Wharf, London but we have options to consider Birmingham, Reading and other locations in the South.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide variety of clients and lead the team on your clients.

The role of the Integration & Dev Ops Enterprise Architect is to develop the UK Firm’s integration & DevOps technology strategy and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The integration strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable integration components. In particular, the strategy should promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies; Infrastructure as Code (IaC), support typical integration use cases; create an operating model that satisfies the demands of the business for integration design, development, testing and release; and establish an integration catalogue that supports the reuse of new technologies, whilst targeting legacy integrations for decommissioning.
