The KPMG Alternatives team provides high-quality and impactful tax advisory and compliance services to the Alternative Investment Fund sector. As an Assistant Manager within KPMG's Cyber and Digital Health team, you will help healthcare organisations strengthen cyber resilience, meet evolving regulatory expectations and deliver secure technology-enabled transformation. You will lead workstreams across complex healthcare cyber engagements, supporting clients to assess and improve cyber capability, respond to DSPT-CAF requirements, strengthen governance and risk management, and embed cyber resilience across digital health programmes.

As an Assistant Manager specialising in Digital Health Technology Adoption and Change, you will help healthcare organisations maximise value from digital investments by ensuring technologies are not only implemented, but adopted, embedded and used effectively by frontline teams. You will combine knowledge of healthcare technologies with practical change, adoption and engagement skills to support NHS Trusts and wider health and care organisations in delivering measurable operational, clinical and workforce outcomes.

KPMG’s Tax & Legal practice is a dynamic and successful part of the firm, advising a diverse client base from PE-backed, owner-managed and family businesses through to UK listed and multinational groups across a wide range of sectors.

Within this practice, the Treasury Tax team is a growing specialist group providing technical support on deals, financing transactions, international structuring and other complex tax advisory matters.  We work closely with Corporate Tax client service teams to deliver high quality advice that is practical, commercially focused and technically robust.

The Treasury Tax team offers exposure to a broad range of clients and issues, with the opportunity to develop deep expertise in a complex and increasingly important area of tax.

The Role

This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist Treasury Tax team at an exciting stage in its development, working on complex financing, structuring and advisory matters across KPMG’s Corporate Tax practice.

As a Manager in the team, you will help shape and deliver high-quality technical advice on a broad range of treasury tax matters, working alongside experienced specialists and client teams on work that is intellectually challenging, commercially important and often central to major transactions and business decisions.

You will also have the chance to contribute to the continued growth of the Treasury Tax capability, sharing insight across the practice and building relationships with colleagues across the UK.

The role offers flexibility around location and working pattern, with the individual potentially based in any of KPMG’s UK offices, albeit regular visits to London or Leeds would be preferable.  Occasional travel to client or other KPMG offices may also be required.
