A key focus for KPMG’s GCT team is to help multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting and statutory accounting obligations, through outsourcing, co-sourcing, transformation and technology. The Tax Technical team is a critical enabler to all tax activities within GCT and provides expertise into KPMG’s complex tax audits.  Audit quality is of paramount importance and to do this efficiently, we maintain a dedicated and enthusiastic team of tax specialists.  We are also the engine room of the tax reporting, compliance, governance and low-level advisory work undertaken by the wider GCT team – servicing large domestic compliance clients as well as our Global Compliance clients.

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead strategic stakeholder engagement and drive adoption of key initiatives across global member firms. This role is pivotal in shaping how KDN Tax & Legal solutions are embraced and embedded within regional and firm-level transformation efforts.

You’ll act as the primary liaison between KDN and regional leadership, helping to align business goals, manage change, and ensure successful delivery of services such as corporate income tax, indirect tax compliance, and transfer pricing.

Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics, build trust, and influence outcomes across a wide array of senior stakeholders. Our team works with clients from owner managed business, to large multinational organisations, and we are looking for an Assistant Manager with a strong financial, accounting and tax background to assist clients across a suite of innovation advisory services including R&D tax Credits, Patent Box, R&D Allowances, Grants and Innovation Advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an Honours/ Post Graduate Degree in finance, accounting and tax or another discipline plus ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT and that either has industry financial experience or working knowledge of the R&D tax legislation. 

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving utilisation and dependence upon our firm as the go-to place for all things Microsoft at KPMG. Acting as a trusted advisor, the BDM will support member firms in shaping strategic approaches that meet their clients’ business and technology needs.

The role will focus on creating and progressing opportunities for MBS across the International market, particularly within the Financial Services Sector—which includes industries such as Banking, Insurance, Asset Management & Pension. Leveraging a hybrid skillset of business development, presales, technical expertise, and delivery know-how, the BDM will help position our capabilities effectively within these dynamic sectors.
