The Clara Technology & Solutions team are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to; design, develop, and deploy AI systems for audit use cases, producing clean, efficient, and scalable code aligned to software engineering principles, LLMOps practices, and cloud-native development.  As well as support the implementation of AI pipelines, APIs, and data integration workflows, leveraging an AI-Native Engineering approach and tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot. 

As a Data Engineer, you will implement the technical development of Quantexa-based solutions, bringing deep hands-on experience with data ingestion, transformation, and contextual data modelling. You will collaborate closely with Quantexa project team, Tech Leads, and client stakeholders to implement/deliver high-quality solutions that address complex business challenges.

You will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust data pipelines, configuring Quantexa components, and supporting the overall success of client engagements.

• Act as the technical lead for the Gamma AI Engineering Squad within Audit Technology, owning delivery, engineering quality, and architectural direction.
• Provide continuity of leadership and technical oversight as part of a backfill for the existing Squad Lead role, ensuring stability across ongoing AI initiatives.
• Drive the design, build, and deployment of scalable AI and Generative AI solutions embedded within core audit platforms.
