The KDN Global Solution Architect, ServiceNow is crucial for driving KPMG's ServiceNow strategy across the EMA region and beyond. We are seeking a talented individual to manage and deliver client engagements, with demonstrable experience of managing the design and delivery of complex change and transformation programmes (People-Centric Transformation) to support our clients with addressing key market challenges. Typically, these programmes would cover at least one of the following areas: Target Operating Model Design, Organisational Redesign, Financial Recovery Programmes, Service Improvement, Back-Office Transformation and Digital Transformation.

Our work is incredibly varied and on a day-to-day basis your work could cover:

  • Managing a team of consultants and working closely with client teams to deliver client engagements
