We are seeking talented individuals who have proven themselves within a consulting environment or equivalent and have a demonstrable track record of turning data into insight or working within strategic change programmes.

We help the Ministry of Defence to solve a wide range of challenges including business or operating model change; strategy development; strategic cost reduction and cost management; performance and operational improvement; and investment decision support. Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change. This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2).

We work as a hybrid team where we get together in the office or at client sites at least twice a week to collaborate and learn together, with flexibility over how you spend the rest of your time. 

We are looking for a Director with a Project Finance background to support the fast-growing Power & Utilities Projects team. 

The team specialises in advising clients on the delivery of large water and energy infrastructure projects including new nuclear plants, onshore and offshore electricity networks, interconnectors, reservoirs and other major assets. The Projects business is focussed on designing new markets and advising on in-house and competitive delivery models for major infrastructure projects and programmes.  We advise on all aspects of an asset’s delivery, including commercial arrangements, financing structures, regulatory strategy and engagement, and procurement processes – both for individual assets and new delivery programmes.
