KPMG has recently developed Global Payroll Manager (GPM) which is a fully automated web-based global payroll solution allowing organisations to better manage cross border payroll compliance, management reporting, recharges and internal control requirements for their globally mobile workforce. GPM, transform assignee demographic data, cash compensation and non-cash benefit data to produce fully reconciled monthly, quarterly and year-end host payroll instructions in both the home and host country of an internationally mobile assignee. Role and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Being the day to day contact for allocated clients
- Review of tax returns, and preparation/review of Income Tax/NIC calculations
- Conduct arrival/departure briefings
- Contributing to client service teams, helping ensure they function smoothly and effectively
- Preparation of written advice for clients, and helping to advice clients on GMS issues
- Project management of advisory projects carried out for clients
- Ensuring clients are provided with up to date information on GMS developments
- Involvement in business development/proposals
- Managing and coaching more junior staff

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience leading Supply Chain technology projects for diverse clients.
• Expertise in Supply Chain processes: S&OP, Transport, Warehouse Management, Network Optimisation, and more.
• Experience designing and implementing Supply Chain operating model transformations.

• Experience of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and/or best of breed supply chain solutions (LLamasoft, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan etc)

• Change management experience in complex, multi-national environments (a plus).
• A passion for contributing to the development of innovative solutions and assets.
• Ideally experience in one of the following sectors Consumer Goods, Retail, Oil and Gas, Aerospace & Defence, or Industrial.
