This critical role is responsible for managing and optimizing IT services that directly impact employee productivity and satisfaction, including Onsite Support, Service Desk Operations, IT Tech Bars, New Joiner Support, Meeting Room technology, printing services, WiFi, and office network performance.

The role requires strong collaboration with end users, ensuring exceptional service delivery and experience outcomes. Utilizing tools such as the KPMG Nexthink Digital Experience Monitoring platform, the successful candidate will analyse user experience data, identify trends, and implement service improvements to meet the high standards of the professional services sector.

Senior Manager – Legal Managed Services (Contracting Solution Delivery Lead) 

• Reports to: Director, Legal Managed Services 

• Location: UK (Travel Required) 

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager supports the Director by managing and delivering complex client transitions and transformations in contracting services from pre-sales through transition and implementation. Under the Director's guidance, you will lead detailed aspects of the sales and transition phases, including process mapping, pricing structure development, technology requirement confirmation, and RFP response preparation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing detailed process maps and optimised future-state solutions 

• Confirming technology requirements (CLM, Gen-AI), managing data migration and integration 

• Developing pricing structures and contributing to proposal and pitch material creation
