Reporting to the Senior Learning Business Partner, you will build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders in your business super service lines. Using your knowledge and experience of the core learning and HR competencies, coupled with your commercial awareness, you will translate your clients’ business needs into realistic and achievable solutions that reflect the learning strategy and deliver impact. As a US Tax Director, you will be required to manage a comprehensive and complex client list, provide line and performance management and make a significant contribution to building the new US tax practice within a Big 4 firm. Description of Role

You will be playing a crucial role in helping to drive growth in the Insurance, Wealth, Pensions and Retail Investments sector by:

• Working closely with the Insurance, Wealth, Pensions and Retail Investments leadership team to drive growth in the consulting practice, you will be responsible for the delivery of consulting assignments and managed services to a range of firms, predominantly Insurers, Wealth Managers, Life and Pensions companies, platform businesses, IFA Networks and firms that provide support and outsource services to the Wealth Management industry.
• Leading & delivering consulting engagements for Insurance, Wealth, Pensions and Retail Investment clients, as well as supporting the wider Insurance, Wealth, Pensions and Retail Investments Consulting team.
• Being responsible for identifying opportunities and developing relationships with clients. You will leverage and develop your own network as well as developing relationships with clients to understand their issues and, from that, develop solutions and add value.
• Actively supporting our people strategy through coaching and development of team members and acting as a Performance Manager for several people.
