KPMG’s Debt Advisory practice has a c.25 year history advising public and private clients on developing and executing debt financing strategies. The team’s typical clients include listed companies, medium to large privately owned businesses and private equity / sponsor-backed entities. Its experience spans the spectrum of debt markets, financing instruments, asset classes, sectors and situations (including M&A, investment, new debt issues, refinancing and restructuring / amendments to debt facilities). The team operates sub-teams focusing on ‘Corporates’ and ‘Leveraged Finance’, in addition to dedicated expertise specialising in financial services and real estate.

A key focus for KPMG’s GCT team is to help multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting and statutory accounting obligations, through outsourcing, co-sourcing, transformation and technology. Our Corporate Tax Compliance business is made up of a dedicated and enthusiastic team of Corporate Tax Compliance specialists working with our cutting-edge technology platform and our advisory teams to provide a first-class service to our diverse client base which includes global and large domestic compliance clients with complex and interesting tax profiles. As a result of growth in our business, we have a number of roles across our Financial Services Product & Operational Taxes 
team, which has a diverse client base spanning the FS sector - providing services to banks, custodians, brokers, asset managers, alternative investors, wealth and hedge asset managers and global institutional investors such as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.
