KPMG Law is a fast-growing part of KPMG. We are now seeking to recruit a Manager (Solicitor) to support the growth of the Commercial and Technology part of our Commercial, Technology and Data team. The EPM capability within our Corporate Services and People Consulting business specialises in delivering large scale Techno-Functional transformation initiatives and supporting CFOs/ CXOs on a wide range of issues. KPMG’s Corporates Indirect Tax group focusses on the large corporates market, is a well-established group of around 30 dedicated indirect tax specialists who help UK and international headed groups address all of their indirect tax advisory needs. The team has specialists in many different sectors.

We assist our clients by managing and advising on projects as part of multidisciplinary and multijurisdictional teams and provide specialist indirect tax advice on a variety of complex issues and we are shameless in our desire to pioneer and our drive to seek out new opportunities.

Technology is one of the KPMG’s priority investment areas – Connected Technology services the whole of the KPMG client-side business portfolio through delivery of core technology, transformational processes and managed services capabilities, collaboration and innovation development services and building of our Alliances network. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise
