This exciting role is within our South Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in our South Central or South West offices.

Our clients include UK headquartered businesses and inbound groups across a range of sectors. 

Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change. This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2).

We work as a hybrid team where we get together in the office or at client sites at least twice a week to collaborate and learn together, with flexibility over how you spend the rest of your time. 

You will work on the origination and execution of lead advisory mandates in the mid-market and specialise within London Regions – Business Services to help achieve the client’s strategic objectives of buying or selling their company from initial strategic review to successful completion. Our team leads exciting projects across both public and private sectors principally focused on major capital and infrastructure portfolios in Transport, Energy, Water, Defence, Oil and Gas and Health. We are seeking an industry-leading Asset Management professional to become part of our team in KPMG UK supporting all AMA activity across the business including Operating Model Transformation, Strategy and Planning, Resilience, Estates Management, Assurance and internal audit, with a specific focus on supporting our oil and gas clients navigate the energy transition.
