The Sales Enablement Lead will bring subject matter expertise in implementing strategies, tools and processes that continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams. You will bring significant knowledge on a particular set of process and emerging industry trends/issues to the team to help develop regional sales strategies and win approach for bids. Typically participates on a part-time basis, or full time during various stages of an opportunity pursuit. The role

• Acting as the day-to-day contact on audit and tax reporting engagements, liaising with audit teams, the client and AARTS/tax managers
• Reviewing, testing and documenting technical tax disclosures prepared by clients and their independent advisers
• Delegating delivery of work to junior colleagues whilst maintaining control of quality and timetables.
  Developing and maintaining client relationships across a portfolio of clients.
• Developing and maintaining internal relationships with the audit teams, and other departments.
• Mentoring and developing of junior members of staff.
• Keep up to date and share technical insights with rest of AARTS team.
