KPMG’s Corporates Indirect Tax group focusses on the large corporates market, is a well-established group of around 30 dedicated indirect tax specialists who help UK and international headed groups address all of their indirect tax advisory needs. KDN Tax & Legal’s (solutions (e.g. Indirect Tax Compliance, Global Mobility Services and Legal Managed Services.) operate  like a sub-function department of up to 1000 staff across 5 different geographies. The KDN Global Solution Lead  acts like a “mini-CEO” of the respective KDN Solution.  In that capacity, a KDN Global Solution Lead is accountable for the overall business performance of a solution, including quality, client centricity, technology and process innovation, and its P&L.  The role is part of the T&L COO organization to ensure consistency across solutions, and is then “attached” to a specific solution(s).  

The Solution Performance Operations Senior Manager will partner with the Solution Lead to optimize performance and drive transformation. Your expertise will be key in executing critical business performance strategies.
